My warmest felicitations to the 2015 graduates of Maharlika International School!

This occasion marks not an ending but a beginning of a new journey in your life our dear graduates in the realization of your skills, potentials and boundless possibilities.

On this occasion also, it is imperative for you to reminisce what has been along the way. The moment of looking back does not warrant you to linger on the past but for you to realize what you have become now. At present, you may be young and inexperienced in this beautiful world however, time is nothing but a passing of shadows. Indeed, if you want to achieve something in the future start building your dreams now.

Your alma mater has equipped you with the necessary tools in the development of your educational well-being. These are utilities that you will need to define a dignified and productive life. This dignified and productive life however should not be solely for yourself but more so for the others. Thus, it is your responsibility and mission to contribute to your nation building as you are your nation’s future.

The quality education which your alma mater provides through your competent teachers will guide you along the way. This valuable education is your treasure, it is your rampart against the darkness of ignorance.

My salutations also to your dear parents who stood by you with their enduring love and undying support and for investing in your future at MIS which is now paying off as you march to receive your diploma. Your strong educational foundation at MIS will surely be a gift to be nurtured and treasured. My deepest gratitude to you our dear parents for you have entrusted your precious children with us. We look forward towards a brighter future with you in the years to come.

To the faculty and staff of Maharlika International School and for those who in one way or another contributed to the success of this occasion, my heartfelt gratitude. This is a product of our collaborative efforts. I enjoin you to celebrate for this is also your success.

May the Divine Being bless us all with the aspirations of our hearts in the deepest trenches of our souls!

Carpe Diem! Seize the day, make your life extraordinary!

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has brought drastic changes not only in East Timor but the entire world. It has created challenges and difficulties in the society that we live. Many aspects of our lives have been greatly affected and in this context, the educational process of the human person. Educational institutions were not spared.
