1 JULY 2020- Today, another blessing poured out MIS as generous parents donated large amounts of disinfectant solutions and materials, personal protective equipment and other essential supplies useful for the school's preventive measures against Covid-19. To account the said donations, there are:

5 gallons of Alcohol (25 litres each)
15 pcs. of Ultraviolet Lamps or UVC lamp Virus Killer
2 Thermometer Scanner
170 pcs. of face shields
15 bottles of Disinfectant Gels
2 big Manual Disinfectant Sprayer
15 small Disinfectant Sprayers/ Spray bottles

Mr. Shi Teng Fei and Lin Dong Yang made it a mission to share their blessings for the benefits of many especially the MIS students. Last March, during the outbreak of the said virus in the city, Mr. Teng Fei has donated face masks to the school.

Mr. Teng Fei has a son who studies at MIS, Jayson (Hong Xuan Shi), a grade 6 pupil together with his friend Lin Yin Qing, a grade 2 pupil and a nephew of Mr. Dong Yang.

Their generosity is not only evidential at MIS but it does extend to other institutions within Timor-Leste like the World Health Organization (WHO).

The face shields together with the face masks provided by the school were distributed to students later this afternoon.

To God be the glory. May you be blessed in ten-fold times as your benevolence continue to blossom.

2021 Graduation, Moving-Up and Recognition Message from the Founder & Executive Director

T oday is a joyous day amidst these trying times! Please allow me to express my utmost  gratitude to everyone and my warmest felicitations too on this remarkable day! The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has brought drastic changes not only in East Timor but the entire world. It has created challenges and difficulties in the society that we live. Many aspects of our lives have been greatly affected and in this context, the educational process of the human person. Educational institutions were not spared. We have seen over the year the changes that everyone has to adapt in the light of elucidation and of progress. Classes were modified to comply with the protocols and guidelines of the government, health and education authorities; and due to lockdowns declared by the government, the teaching-learning processes were reformed. During the remaining two (2) months of the Academic Year 2020-2021, our students stayed and learned in their homes while their teachers taught in their own places. Tech
