Rules are Crafted by Men The 10 th of July 2015 marks a busy day for the Maharlikan students as they undergo two relevant and necessary activities in their lives as learners.  Mrs. Genevieve D. Belino, a faculty and the guidance officer greets the day with an orientation of the student’s manual.
